What is a Zillow Showcase Listing?
A "Zillow Showcase Listing" is a product Zillow sells to realtors that includes an enhanced appearance on Zillow.com, higher placement in search results, and a more interactive user interface for buyers that includes a 3D tour & interactive floor plan. They usually sell this for a few hundred dollars and it does not include any of your photographer's fees.

​​​​How do I order a Zillow Showcase Listing?
1) Order from us like usual by choosing either the Zillow Showcase package OR a Zillow 3D Tour & Floor Plan under our 3D Tours section + photos a la carte.
IMPORTANT: You must have 1) photos and 2) a Zillow 3D Tour & Floor Plan for Zillow to create the showcase listing.
2) On your Zillow Showcase account - send us a 'media request' by entering "hello@jordanwyattashley.com" into the photographer search bar under the Create a Showcase Listing section. Our name will come up!
3) After we capture and edit photos and a Zillow 3D Tour & Floor Plan at your shoot, we will deliver all of your media through our system as normal and then we will upload the photos and Zillow 3D Tour & Floor Plan to Zillow via your media request.

4) And that's it! Zillow will do it's thing in the background and create your Showcase Listing.
